I enjoyed the diverse use of messaging including captioning, videos and written text. The quiz sections after the modules reinforced the learning. Scenarios at the end were excellent. The multiple choice boxes great tool. Feedback - the video of different sounds - perhaps a warning before individuals play the video there will be multiple sounds blending together to create that environment. I believe great educational tool, clear messaging and easy to listen to and follow. It was positive to include the Strategies section and Equity section- to provide further understanding and clarification as not all individuals will be across this. The certificate acknowledgement was a bonus. Thank you for the opportunity.
