Insightful

Hiring Manager, BizCover

I found the training very insightful and thought provoking on how we can better support all our staff in my team. Looking retrospectively, I believe we have likely lost good talent through not managing people in line with some of the recommendations I am now aware of because of the training. As a result, I have been and will continue to make adjustments to our practices and have provided a recommendation that all leaders at BizCover (current and future) should go through this training as part of their leadership training.
